We offer a 7-day exchange policy, starting from the day you receive your parcel 📦.
✔️ Exchange is applicable only after parcel delivery
✔️ If you do not like the product, you may exchange it with any other available product
✔️ If there is a size issue, you may exchange for a different size of the same product
🚚 Return Method:
Customers can send the parcel back using TCS, PostEx, or Leopards Courier.
⏱️ Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned parcel, the exchange will be dispatched within 3 days, and delivery will be completed within 3 working days.
